The RoleWe’re looking for anAI / Machine Learning Engineerto own the model layer behind intelligence platform.You’ll work ondocument intelligence, OCR, LLMs in production, model evaluation, and drift detection, helping transform complex financial information into reliable signals and decisions.This is not a role where you’ll simply experiment with models or build isolated prototypes. We’re looking for someone who can take AI/ML systems from experimentation into production and continuously evaluate and improve how they perform. What You’ll Own<ul><li>Build and improvedocument intelligence and extraction pipelines</li><li>Work withOCR and LLM-based extractionacross financial and business documents</li><li>Design and productionizeLLM-powered components</li><li>Build evaluation frameworks to measure model and extraction quality</li><li>Developgolden datasetsand track metrics such as precision and recall</li><li>Monitor model performance and implementdrift detection</li><li>Improve reliability, accuracy, and explainability of AI/ML systems</li><li>Help turn financial data and documents into signals that support lending decisions</li><li>Work directly with the founders and engineering team on product and architecture decisions</li><li>Take ownership from experimentation through production and iteration</li></ul> What We’re Looking For<ul><li>4+ years of applied Machine Learning experience</li><li>Hands-on experience deployingML/AI systems into production</li><li>Experience withLLMs in production, beyond basic prompting or prototypes</li><li>Strong experience withdocument intelligence, OCR, or document extraction pipelines</li><li>Experience designing and runningmodel evaluation frameworks</li><li>Understanding of model monitoring anddrift detection</li><li>Strong engineering mindset with an emphasis on reliability and measurable performance</li><li>Comfortable operating in an early-stage,zero-to-one environment</li><li>High ownership mentality and ability to move quickly with limited structure</li></ul> Strong PlusExperience in any of the following would be especially valuable:<ul><li>Fintech, lending, credit, or risk</li><li>Bank statement or financial-document analysis</li><li>Credit bureau or tax-authority data</li><li>Feature stores and point-in-time correctness</li><li>Label engineering from performance data</li><li>Shadow deployments and champion/challenger models</li><li>Drift monitoring such asPSI/CSI</li><li>Model explainability and reason codes</li><li>LLM evals, regression testing, and CI evaluation gates</li><li>Spanish or experience building products for theMexican / LATAM market</li></ul> Who Thrives HereYou’ll probably enjoy this role if you:<ul><li>Like building thingsfrom zero to one</li><li>Prefer ownership over waiting for tickets</li><li>Want your work to directly influence a product</li><li>Are comfortable making decisions in an early-stage environment</li><li>Care about shipping, measuring results, learning, and iterating</li><li>Want to work closely with founders rather than several layers removed from the business</li></ul> <button>…exibir mais</button></div></div>
